At United Rack Solutions, we stand behind the quality and durability of our Pallet Racking and Cantilever Racks. This warranty outlines our commitment to the original purchaser, ensuring that your investment is protected against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service.
Understanding the terms of your warranty helps you maintain your system effectively and ensures a smooth process should a claim be necessary. For any questions, our team is always ready to assist.


Scope of Warranty
United Rack Solutions, Inc. provides the following warranty exclusively to the original purchaser of our Pallet Rack and Cantilever Rack products:

1-Year Coverage
Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Intended Application
This warranty is valid only when products are used for ordinary applications for which they were designed and according to specifications.

Prompt Notification
The purchaser must notify United Rack Solutions in writing as soon as a defect becomes apparent, and no later than thirty (30) days after discovery.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not extend to parts or conditions resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal operational wear. Key exclusions include:
Normal Wear & Tear
Routine replacement items such as safety clips, anchors, and other parts that wear out from normal use.
Improper Use or Overloading
Damage resulting from failure to follow safe operating procedures, inadequate maintenance, or loading racks beyond their rated capacity.
External Factors & Damage
Damage caused by freight carrier mishandling, fire, flood, explosion, or intentional abuse.
Unauthorized Alterations
Any repairs or modifications made to the product without prior written consent from United Rack Solutions.
Third-Party Products
Items sold but not manufactured by URS are covered only by their original manufacturer's warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact United Rack Solutions and provide the following information in writing before returning any product:
- The original date of purchase and invoice number.
- A clear and detailed description of the defect.
- Photographs or other evidence documenting the issue.
All returned products must be accompanied by a return authorization from our team; unauthorized returns will be refused. Please note that the buyer is responsible for freight charges on returned components covered under this warranty.
