United Rack Solutions Product Warranty

Pallet Rack and Cantilever Rack: Pallet Rack and Cantilever products by United Rack Solutions Inc. that are still the property of the original purchaser, are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 1-year when used according to agreed specifications and for ordinary applications for which the products were designed. This warranty does not apply to parts which, through normal use, require replacement during the warranty period. The original purchaser must notify United Rack Solutions as soon as any defect becomes apparent and shall confirm in writing such notice no later than thirty (30) days after the discovery of the defect.

  1. The original purchaser must provide United Rack Solutions in writing the date of purchase, the original invoice number, and a description of the defect, prior to returning any product under a warranty claim.
  2. Products purchased by United Rack Solutions such as pallet jack, commercial shelving, racking accessories, pallet rack, and cantilever rack carry their manufacturer’s warranty.
  3. If the product was damaged in transit, the original purchaser must file a claim with the carrier within five days of delivery. This is not considered a warranty claim.

United Rack Solutions will not be responsible for charges of any repairs or alterations of the product unless made with United Rack Solutions prior written consent. Routine replacement items such as safety clips, anchor bolts, and all parts that are replaced due to wear, misuse or abuse or etc. are not covered by this warranty. Warranty claims, which result from customer errors, failure to follow safe operational procedures or inadequate maintenance will not be accepted. United Rack Solutions will not be responsible for damage due to explosion, fire, wind, flood, intentional abuse, normal wear and tear or use beyond the designed capacity of the product. Freight, labor or service charges for removal of defective parts and installation of replacement parts are not included.

Buyer shall pay freight charges on the returned components covered under this warranty. Under all circumstances, the remaining warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability shall remain in effect. Any returned products must be handled via a return authorization from, or they will be refused.

Back-charges: No invoices or credits are approved by us for warranty labor and expenses. Our warranty plan covers replacement materials and freight only at the sole discretion of United Rack Solutions. In addition, United Rack Solutions may assist in preparing quotations, but final Bill of Materials must be reviewed and approved by the customer. We provide cost estimates based on information provided and it is the responsibility of the customer to review for accuracy. Any back charges must be approved by United Rack Solutions in writing prior to repair commencing and no charges will be approved, if submitted after the work is completed.

United Rack Solutions will not pay any of the cost of the following: return visits, back charges, rental of equipment, added material needed to complete a project, additional labor in any form (union or non-union), added fees or damages caused by unforeseen shipping issues or lateness, or any additional fees.
