Scope of Warranty
United Rack Solutions, Inc. provides the following warranty exclusively to the original purchaser of our pallet rack and cantilever rack products:

1-Year Coverage
Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase — for pallet racking and cantilever racks used at facilities across PA, NY, and nationwide.

Intended Application
This warranty is valid only when products are used for ordinary applications for which they were designed and according to specifications — including proper rack installation by qualified personnel.

Prompt Notification
The purchaser must notify United Rack Solutions in writing as soon as a defect becomes apparent, and no later than thirty (30) days after discovery — regardless of warehouse location across PA, NY, or nationwide.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not extend to parts or conditions resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal operational wear. Key exclusions for all pallet racking and cantilever rack products include:

Normal Wear & Tear
Routine replacement items such as safety clips, anchors, and other parts that wear out from normal daily use in any warehouse environment.

Improper Use or Overloading
Damage resulting from failure to follow safe operating procedures, inadequate maintenance, or loading racks beyond their rated capacity — a key cause of pallet rack failure.

External Factors & Damage
Damage caused by freight carrier mishandling, fire, flood, explosion, forklift collision, or intentional abuse — ensure regular rack inspections to catch damage early.

Unauthorised Alterations
Any repairs or modifications made to the pallet rack product without prior written consent from United Rack Solutions.

Third-Party Products
Items sold but not manufactured by URS are covered only by their original manufacturer's warranty — including certain pallet rack accessories.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact United Rack Solutions and provide the following information in writing before returning any pallet rack product:
- The original date of purchase and invoice number.
- A clear and detailed description of the defect in the pallet racking or cantilever rack component.
- Photographs or other evidence documenting the issue.
All returned products must be accompanied by a return authorisation from our team — unauthorised returns will be refused. Please note that the buyer is responsible for freight charges on returned components covered under this warranty.
